Golden State Warriors: 3 Lowkey trade targets to consider

While everyone waits for the next Woj bomb to light twitter ablaze, the Golden State Warriors are sitting content with their roster. It feels increasingly likely the Dubs will play the remainder of the season with this lineup and do the bulk of their restructuring (if any) in the offseason.

Yet, rumors continue to emerge that Kelly Oubre Jr. is being shopped around. Other names like Andrew Wiggins, Kevon Looney and Brad Wanamaker are certainly on the table as well if a deal interests the Warriors enough.

The Golden State Warriors might not swing for the fences but they could consider trading for one of these lowkey players.

However, rather than going all-out for another star like Zach Lavine, Victor Oladipo or Bradley Beal, the Warriors could look to make a lesser move. There isn’t much reason to put all of their chips into winning this season when reaching the playoffs alone might be a struggle.

Instead, Golden State should be open to trading for a role player who can fit long-term with the team. Or, at least contribute for the next few seasons. Let’s analyze three lowkey names the Dubs can target before the deadline.
