Golden State Warriors player yet to hit their ceiling: Jordan Poole

For most of the season, the Warriors’ main bench threat has been Eric Paschall. However, it needs to be Jordan Poole, and he’s recently shown his ultra-high ceiling. He just needs to hit it consistently now.

Poole was initially the Dubs’ first-round pick in the 2019 NBA Draft. In both his first and second year, the Warriors sent him to their G-League affiliate, the Santa Cruz Warriors, and he came back energized and confident.

In his first ten games back from this year’s stint, he averaged 19.7 points per game.

That stretch quickly cooled off as he’s failed to his more than ten points in his last four games. As a shooter and playmaker, Poole’s shown the skill is there. He needs to be fully unleashed on the Warriors’ second unit as he’s played over 20 minutes in just one of the Dubs’ last four games.

He’ll be one of the brightest spots on the team in a few seasons. Hopefully, Poole is just getting started.
