There’s no denying this season has been a struggle for the Golden State Warriors.

However, they’ll be given one more shot at redemption next season as Klay Thompson will be set to return. Thompson’s presence along with Stephen Curry playing at an elite level would present issues for opponents.

The Golden State Warriors will have little money in the upcoming free agency period, but there will be a plethora of options for them.

Despite Draymond Green‘s comments, this team will still be in contention for the play-in game. While they’re not quite a top-eight seed, the Dubs will get their shot likely as a No. 9 or 10 seed, and they’ll be a scary opponent even with Thompson.

While getting Thompson back will be huge and having at least one lottery pick will add some talent, the Warriors have seen this season that it’s tough to immediately integrate even a highly-touted prospect.

Golden State will need to look at the upcoming free agency market to find more players that’ll fit their mold and help them win yet another title. That said, let’s dive into three cheap options that’ll be available this offseason.
