Warriors potential draft prospect: Moses Moody

Moses Moody had himself a season as a freshman at Arkansas.

The Razorbacks depended on Moody to get the job done offensively, and he propelled them to a No. 3 seed in the tournament. He played well in the few couple games as well, struggling against Baylor. To be fair, the Bears stopped about anyone in their paths.

As for Moody, he had a terrific season, averaging 16.8 points per game. At 6-foot-6, Moody has an inch or two on Bouknight, and his athleticism is also a focal point of his game. He also has a 7-foot wingspan which will come in handy in the NBA.

Moody is also a great shooter as well, averaging 1.8 triples per game. In Wasserman’s mock draft, Moody was the No. 9 overall pick. That feels a bit high, but as a versatile scorer with an ultra-high ceiling, Moody has yet to tap into his potential.

Moody has the length, athleticism, and skill to be a star, and he should be another pick that borderline in Golden State’s territory for their 2021 first-round pick.
