12 – New Orleans Pelicans: James Bouknight, G

Zion Williamson is proving to be everything the New Orleans Pelicans would hope he’d become but the team is still a few pieces away from being back in the playoffs. Is James Bouknight the missing link?

Bouknight is a high-scoring guard who can take defensive attention off of Zion. He has a clear upside as a shooter thanks to his efficient free-throw percentages and is a good enough finisher to keep opponents guessing.

13 – Indiana Pacers: Jaden Springer, F

Malcolm Brogdon and Caris LeVert are going to be a pain for teams to handle for years to come. Fleshing out their perimeter attack with an active wing such as Jaden Springer will help the Indiana Pacers take another leap in rebuilding.

A member of the All-SEC Freshman team, Springer averaged 12.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.9 assists on efficient shooting splits. He’s a picture-perfect fit with the Pacers and his potential is as high as anyone in the back half of the lottery.

14 – San Antonio Spurs: Moses Moody, G

It feels like anyone who ends up on the San Antonio Spurs ends up reaching their ceiling. The same should go for Moses Moody, who lit up opponents with 16.8 points per game as a talented offensive threat.

Moody was jacking up over 5 3-pointers a game in Arkansas, which would make him the third-highest shooter on the Spurs this season. The Spurs have been trailing behind the 3-point revolution (29th in the NBA) and would benefit from a volume shooter like Moody in their rotation.
