This season hasn’t been an easy ride for the Golden State Warriors. There was a set of games in which Golden State lost seven of eight, putting them drastically behind in the rankings after a strong end to February.
They’ll still be in contention for a play-in game.
The Warriors aren’t quite a top-eight seed, but they should be a top-ten seed by the end of the season. Thankfully, they’ve had a few absolutely dominant efforts from Stephen Curry who has led the NBA in points per game over the past ten games.
The Golden State Warriors could easily make moves to improve their roster this offseason, and it may include trading one of these three players.
This team clearly isn’t a title-contending team. While opponents may not want to play them in the postseason, they’re not who they were a few seasons ago. This offseason could change that as Klay Thompson‘s return will make them prominent again.
They could use more help than that though.
When it comes to a potential trade, Steve Kerr, when asked specifically about a James Wiseman deal, said “Everybody’s tradeable.” That quote came via NBC Sports’ Drew Shiller but the conversation was between Kerr and Nick Friedell.
While there’s no denying it would take a blockbuster package to lure Wiseman away from Golden State, other players could be on the block. That said, let’s dive into three Dubs that could be traded this offseason.
