1. Stephen Curry

It feels cheap to say one guy has been the root of the Golden State Warriors’ success. But… it’s impossible to ignore the way Stephen Curry is playing and I just can’t get enough of it.

Curry is the ultimate scoring weapon. He’s drawing in double-teams every time he passes half-court and even that isn’t enough to slow him down. Hobbled on one-ankle for much of the fourth quarter in Boston, Curry finished with 47 points and nearly brought the house down on his own.

He has now scored 30+ points in each of his last 10 games, only the 12th player in recent history to accomplish a stretch like this. Even more impressive, Curry has made 62-of-126 3-point attempts during this run, the most in the NBA by a wide margin. But it doesn’t stop there, half of those 3-pointers have come in the last four games alone, shooting a scoring hot 36-of-66 (and this includes his 0-for-7 start against Cleveland).

An average of 39.1 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.5 assists since March 29 is just absurd. Curry is playing the best basketball of his career and just a little bit of help for Steph is enough to push the Warriors over the top, no matter who they are playing.
