While two-time MVP Stephen Curry has been going off, averaging over 40 points per game for the past two weeks, the Golden State Warriors haven’t necessarily translated those to wins.

They capped off their road trip on the East Coast with a loss to the Washington Wizards. That was a game the Warriors needed to win, although they’re still in contention for the play-in tournament. The Dubs need to be better, and it’s on almost everyone other than Curry.

The Golden State Warriors have been sub-.500 for the past few weeks, and with a month remaining, a few players must be feeling the heat.

Since returning to the lineup, Kelly Oubre Jr. has played well. He should be hitting his stride which will be a huge help for this team. With Oubre Jr. likely not to return next season, we’re leaving him off our hot seat.

Another player that’s finding his rhythm is Kent Bazemore. Since taking over for Oubre Jr., Bazemore has been a seamless transition as a starter, and he’s playing very well, leaving on a handful of players to choose from.

With the Warriors needing players to step up in a big way, let’s go ahead and give into who must become more a force in the last month of the season.
