There’s no denying that it’s been a tough season for the Golden State Warriors. After kicking it off with two blowout losses to top-tier Eastern Conference teams, Golden State has managed to find their footing.

The Warriors were thriving, but when Stephen Curry went down with a tailbone injury, the Dubs lost seven of eight. Curry did play for a few of them, but he didn’t quite seem 100 percent. Then, Curry went on a parabolic run.

The Golden State Warriors are in a good position when it comes to making the play-in tournament. Ideally, this is how the last month will unfold.

Averaging over 40 points per game for a few-week stretch, Curry is now the league’s No. 1 scorer, seeking his second scoring title.

That historic run for the 33-year-old hasn’t necessarily translated into wins every time the team takes the court. The Warriors, prior to their game against Sacramento, have improved to .500 for the first time since that rough eight-game stretch of play.

Now a top-ten seed, unless the Dubs collapse, they’ll make the play-in tourney. With a handful of winnable games left on the schedule, here are three ways they should want the last month to close out.
