Warriors player the team may not be able to re-sign: Kent Bazemore

Kent Bazemore, Mychal Mulder, and Damion Lee are all shooting guards that have been in and out of the rotation at times this season. With Kelly Oubre Jr. sidelined and Lee out as well, Bazemore has been given more consistent minutes.

Bazemore is going to be 32 at the start of next season, so he really isn’t going to be a long-term building block. Nonetheless, Bazemore has shown enough as a shooter and playmaker to get a decent contract this offseason.

He’s shooting a career-high 44.1 percent from the field. Add in the fact that he’s also notching a career-high 42.1 percent from deep, Bazemore should get offers based on his three-point shooting alone.

His scoring hasn’t been too consistent, averaging just 6.7 points per game. Having started the last ten games, Bazemore is averaging double figures in that stretch. He’s played at a level high enough to get more than that veteran’s minimum this offseason.
