In roughly a week, the 7-through-10 seeds in each conference will duke it out for the final two playoff spots. The Golden State Warriors have all but cemented themselves as Play-In competitors, but do they have what it takes to win?
The Play-In format is simple. If you’re the seventh seed, you play the eighth seed in a single match. The winner secures the seventh seed for good — whereas the loser falls to the loser bracket to take on the winner of the nine-ten game. Finally, the winner of that match is named the eighth seed and the NBA Playoffs can officially begin.

The Golden State Warriors will have a great shot at winning the NBA Play-In Tournament if they follow these three keys.
While the Dubs have won enough games to earn the eighth seed as of now, they’ll have to prove their worth again in the Play-In to actually make it to the playoffs. For a team that has been wildly inconsistent all year long, this could be interesting.
However, the Warriors have more than enough to breeze through the tourney. It all depends on these three factors.
