It all comes down to this. The final game of the season between the Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies will determine who finishes in eighth place and secures a favorable position in the Play-In Tournament.

In the season finale, the Golden State Warriors will battle the Memphis Grizzlies for the eighth seed in the Western Conference.

The Dubs and Grizzlies stand deadlocked after 71 games with matching 38-33 records. It couldn’t be more fitting for these two teams to decide their own fate by dueling on the final night of the season.

For a refresher, here is how the Play-In Tournament works and why being the eighth seed is more valuable than falling to ninth.

Golden State has all of the momentum heading into this game, winning their last four and seeing notable leaps in development from their entire team. Yet, the Grizzlies have been solid lately as well and will accept the challenge of taking down the Dubs.

These two teams could very well meet again in the Play-In, but for now, we will break down the three most exciting matchups to watch in their showdown to conclude the season.
