Warriors-Grizzlies Bold Prediction: Stephen Curry calls game

Stephen Curry is a dangerous player. If you’ve followed the Warriors for any amount of time, you know the excellence that he’s shown this season.

Curry didn’t slow down against the Lakers, the team with the league’s best defensive rating. He put up 37 points against the Lake Show. With Alex Caruso, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Wesley Matthews, the Lakers have a strong defensive backcourt.

The Griz have Brooks, but he’s not a match for Curry, who put up 46 points. I envision this game will be a single-digit affair. The Warriors won by 12 on May 16, but Memphis should show a better effort.

If this comes down to the fire, the MVP-hopeful will again prove his dominance. Curry, the league’s scoring leader, with the game on the line, should be able to shine. Curry had nine triples against Memphis last time. I’d expect the same type of success.

Curry, like LeBron James did against the Warriors, isn’t going to let his team go out like this, and if it’s there for the taking, expect Curry to close the game out in the fourth quarter.
