Warriors-Grizzlies Bold Prediction: Draymond Green records a triple-double

Draymond Green had six turnovers against Los Angeles, but those were his only blemishes of an otherwise dominant game. Green recorded three blocks and three steals, all of which felt as though they were at pivotal times in the game.

Green’s offensive game wasn’t there though which did hurt Golden State. He ended the game with two points, eight assists, and nine rebounds. While his impact was felt, 0-for-5 from the field isn’t going to cut it.

Over Green’s last 11 games of the regular season, he averaged 9.3 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 9.5 assists per game. Despite those numbers, he only recorded two triples doubles over the course of the team’s last 15 games.

The Warriors have won all six of the games in which Green’s posted a triple-double. Expect that same passion and effort against the Grizzlies. He was a rebound and assist off a triple-double last time, so the impact is there.
