Before James Wiseman was even officially selected by the Golden State Warriors, trade rumors had already begun. The debate around whether or not the Dubs should trade the No. 2 overall pick has been going on for close to a year now and we may see it come to an end shortly.

This season was a wake-up call for the Warriors’ front office. As it would turn out, the Dubs need a little more oomph on the roster before competing for a title again. Consequently, reports have emerged that Wiseman will be available at the right price.

It’s not much of a secret anymore, the Golden State Warriors are open to trading James Wiseman if another star becomes available.

It is very rare for a top-three pick to be traded so early in his career. Wiseman played just 39 games in his rookie season and could already be on his way to another franchise by the start of next year. The truth is, Wiseman struggled to learn the ropes as a rookie. This could be enough of a reason for the Warriors to flip him for a more readily available asset.

So, who will be available this summer? Will the Warriors be able to work around salaries in order to pull off a significant deal? Here are five trades the Dubs should be considering for Wiseman.
