8 – Oklahoma City Thunder select Corey Kispert

I told you OKC has a ton of picks, didn’t I? Their next selection here could be a player who is more NBA-ready as well, taking the four-year player from Gonzaga with the eighth pick.

Corey Kispert has the potential to be this years Cam Johnson. Remember when the Phoneix Suns shocked everyone by selecting him in the lottery a few years ago? Now, Johnson is playing a key role as a sharpshooter for Phoneix in the playoffs.

Kispert shot 44 percent from the 3-point line last year and 40.8 percent for his college career. He adds some much-needed shooting to the Thunder who ranked 20th in 3-pointers last season.

9 – Golden State Warriors select Davion Mitchell

Keeping up with the trend of polished prospects being selected here, the Golden State Warriors should be interested in an experienced guard like Davion Mitchell.

Mitchell played three full-collegiate seasons and recently won an NCAA Championship with Baylor. He averaged 14.0 points and 5.5 assists on 51 percent shooting from the field and a 45 percent clip from the 3-point line.

Mitchell is a sound-defensive player and a skilled offensive threat. He fits well on the Warriors bench and plays to their win-now attitude.
