Golden State Warriors should trade Wiseman for: Domantas Sabonis

As with Vucevic, Sabonis earned his second All-Star appearance this past season. It was his first season notching at least 20 points per game.

However, despite his individual achievements, Sabonis’s Pacers still didn’t make the playoffs. They finished with the 9th seed and eventually lost in the play-in tournament to the Bradley Beal-led Washington Wizards.

While Sabonis didn’t look uncomfortable, he failed to notch 20 points in either game. Sabonis may never be a big-time star, and he could find that Golden State would be a perfect fit. Sabonis as a team’s third-best player would be incredible.

What it would take to bring him to the Bay Area is an entirely different issue though. While his fit is still to question, Sabonis could cost Wiseman and multiple first-round picks. It doesn’t seem likely that the two sides could find a trade that makes sense for both parties.

Sabonis isn’t quite a shooter either, which doesn’t necessarily help his cause. Also a left-handed player, it feels as though Wiseman’s realistic ceiling could be averaging Sabonis-like numbers.
