In the coming months, the Golden State Warriors are going to have set a plan into action regarding how they want to improve their roster.

Coming off an 8th place finish in the Western Conference, the Warriors will be getting back five-time All-Star Klay Thompson. He should help them instantly become title contenders, but they’ll need more than just the star guard to get back to the NBA Finals.

The Golden State Warriors need to add frontcourt depth this offseason, and they should at least have a chancing at signing any of these five free agents.

The West has drastically changed since the last time the Warriors truly contended for a title. It may not be LeBron James running the conference, but the Warriors may be forced to get through Rudy Gobert and the Jazz or Deandre Ayton and the Suns.

Again either of those, having a competent center is key, and for the Warriors, having multiple would be ideal. For starters, it won’t be next year that James Wiseman develops into a key contributor for this team.

He may start and play well, but considering he was injured multiple times this season, the Warriors will need more. The often-injured Kevon Looney isn’t what Golden State needs to really compete with these other top-tier centers.

While they don’t have much money to spend, the Warriors can still attractive veteran free agents are a discounted price. That said, let’s dive into five they should look into targeting or potentially not targeting this offseason.
