It seems likely that if the Golden State Warriors stick at No. 7 in the NBA Draft, a big six will be gone by then. In some order these players will have been selected: Cade Cunningham, Jalen Green, Evan Mobley, Scottie Barnes, Jalen Suggs, and Jonathan Kuminga.

Don’t worry, the Golden State Warriors are in a great position to find a helpful prospect in the 2021 NBA Draft. Here is how Moses Moody can fit.

The Dubs will have the pressure (or privilege) of choosing the best of the rest. As GM Bob Myers has stated, the team won’t tolerate losing in exchange for the development of youth. Any draft pick will be expected to contribute, and their most pressing need is athleticism and shooting on the wing.

A healthy Klay Thompson will go a long way to solve their issues on the wing. Furthermore, the Dubs can expect consistent contributions from Andrew Wiggins, as well. But, with Kelly Oubre potentially on the way out — and no clear backup guard to fill in for Stephen Curry, the Warriors need some help.

Enter Moses Moody. A young guard who can have an instant impact on the team and help bolster a roster that is in need of support.
