Team the Golden State Warriors should call to move up: Orlando Magic

The Magic have the No. 5 and No. 8 overall picks.

They’re in the early stages of a rebuild with small forward Jonathan Isaac as their primary prospect. Mo Bamba and Cole Anthony also have some say in how the team rebuilds. That said, the Magic need high-level prospects, and they can get them in this draft.

Assuming the Magic bring back forward Wendell Carter Jr., who is on a team option, they could then potentially snag the No. 7 and No. 14 pick for the No. 5 and Carter Jr., or something similar to that.

Regardless, they will have the options at their disposal with multiple top-ten picks. Moving up and sending future picks Orlando’s way also makes sense.

Carter Jr. is the main player the Warriors should target, and couple what he could bring to the team with the potential to move up to No. 5 and it would make sense for Golden State to look towards Orlando as a potential trade suitor.
