With the Golden State Warriors not trading their two lottery picks, they will need to target veterans to help them compete.
Golden State could’ve made a blockbuster trade for Ben Simmons but opted to keep their assets, clearly the right move. But, not adding a big-name talent does means that they’ll have an extremely young second unit.
The Golden State Warriors won’t have much money to target big-name free agents, so they need to consider these five veterans.
There’s no Shaun Livington or Andre Iguodala to rely upon. The Warriors instead of 18-year-old Jonathan Kuminga, 20-year-old James Wiseman, 22-year-old Jordan Poole and 19-year-old Moses Moody.

That said, Golden State does have a handful of veterans they could target that could instantly make a difference. Let’s dive into five of them.
