The Golden State Warriors have every reason to believe in their young core based on their sturdy performances in the Las Vegas Summer League thus far. And yet, a few blockbuster trades linger in the air as potential possibilities.

It feels safe to bet the Dubs won’t be making any earth-shaking deals before the season starts. If this was going to happen — it would have been on NBA Draft night. However, these three hypothetical deals are still on the table if doomsday ever comes for the Warriors.

The Golden State Warriors are not looking to rush into any blockbuster trades — but these three stars will be on the table for the foreseeable future.

To reiterate, Jonathan Kuminga, Moses Moody and James Wiseman are all promising enough for the Warriors to at least give them a test drive in the 2021-22 NBA season before making any trades. Kuminga is looking like a young Andre Iguodala with a higher ceiling due to his 3-point shooting, while Moody is shaping up to be an instant impact player. As for Wiseman, we are all hopeful he can follow in Deandre Ayton’s footsteps.

But, they can target one of these three stars in the event the Warriors reach February with an underwhelming record and feel a sense of urgency to shake things up. These are the names to watch for if the front office decides to hit the panic button. These are the three doomsday trades still on the table.
