We talk about a lot of potential trade targets here at BlueManHoop, but who on the Golden State Warriors is not up for grabs when it comes to opposing teams making offers? What would it take for another franchise to acquire one of these borderline untouchable assets the Dubs are clinging tightly to.

The Golden State Warriors have three special assets that they consider to be borderline untouchable. What exactly makes them so valuable?

To clarify, I am not speaking of the obvious names. There is no universe where the Dubs decide to trade Stephen Curry. Nor is it likely that Klay Thompson or Draymond Green genuinely find themselves in trade offers anytime soon.

No, I am talking about a specific set of young players who have been deemed untouchable by the Warriors. At least, somewhat untouchable, as Marcus Thompson of The Athletic reinforced the idea on The Ringer Podcast that Bob Myers is committed to building for the future and is reluctant to trade a package of young talent for another superstar.

While it is possible one of these names could be flipped at some point this season, it would be a shock to see numerous players bundled together in a blockbuster swing. Who are the assets the Dubs hold so highly? Why are they so important to the future? And, what would it take to give them up?
