There was no major splash that took place over the course of the 2021 NBA Offseason. While rumor after rumor poured in featuring the Golden State Warriors and various other teams who could potentially rock the boat — the league’s power dynamics mostly stayed the same.
Sure, the Los Angeles Lakers made a few waves with the additions of Russell Westbrook, Malik Monk and Carmelo Anthony. But for the most part, the titans of the NBA remain the same. The only notable changes we should expect should come from the Dubs who will be back in the playoff hunt with a healthy Klay Thompson come Christmas Day.
The clock is ticking but these three quality free agents still remain on the board for a last-second move by the Golden State Warriors.
Yet, it is not too late for the Warriors to grow even stronger this summer. They already padded their young core by adding two lottery picks and a couple of veteran mentors to guide them. Still, there are more options out there on the market.
Although free agency signings are mostly a wash at this point, the Warriors can still find value in these three names who remain on the board.
