It has been roughly a decade since the Golden State Warriors were a young, wide-eyed team looking to achieve things that only an innocent group of rising stars could even imagine. Five trips to the NBA Finals, three championships and consecutive seasons derailed by injury have landed this franchise back to where they started… kinda.

The big three is still intact, albeit a little banged up from the last few years. Nevertheless, Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green are ready to embark on another journey through the Western Conference. Only this time, their supporting cast is much younger — and the big three are actually the veterans now.

The Golden State Warriors have a number of promising young players but who will rise above the rest as the next big star?

Since 2019, the Warriors have added four promising prospects through the NBA Draft. Jordan Poole, James Wiseman, Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody have all joined the team recently and will play important roles this season.

Of this group, each member has a different style and potential ceiling. Assuming they are all capable of reaching their peak — which member of the young core can become the best overall player?
