Typically, NBA media comes and goes without much more than a meme or two being created. For Andrew Wiggins, the Golden State Warriors and many other teams, this year was a bit more of a headache.

The Andrew Wiggins dilemma is going to end one way or another. Here are three possible outcomes for the Golden State Warriors.

As a quick summary, Wiggins is one of just five percent of NBA players who have yet received a COVID-19 vaccine. With numerous teams playing in locations where vaccination is mandatory — obvious issues are beginning to emerge.

San Francisco is one of those locations with mandates. As a result, Wiggins will be unable to play in any of the Warriors’ home games this season — or compete in practice in the Bay until he is vaccinated.

Thus far, Wiggins has not budged from his stance. Sooner or later, the Dubs will have to make a decision. This can go one of three ways. Let’s break down each option and how it would impact the franchise.
