The Warriors mean business

From the outset of Monday night’s opener, it was clear that the Warriors came to play. If Monday night is anything to go by, they mean business this season.

On both ends, the Dubs displayed high levels of intensity across four quarters. The tone was set in the first quarter by their veteran leaders, Draymond Green and Kevon Looney especially on the defensive side of the ball.

Throughout, the Warriors remained focused and besides a deep rotation being utilized and certain minutes being restricted – they treated this game like a regular-season matchup effort-wise.

The players seem eager for meaningful basketball and look desperate to hit the ground running this season. They laid the blueprint against Portland. Run and gun.
