The Golden State Warriors preseason action has been thrilling so far. Jordan Poole and Otto Porter Jr. have by far been the two players that have clearly taken their game to a new level.

With just over a week until the regular season commences, the Warriors will again be led by 2020-2021 scoring leader Stephen Curry. Curry had the second 30-point season of his career last year and should be primed for another dominant season.

As we enter the new season, the Golden State Warriors clearly have a few young talents set to take over within the next couple of years.

The Warriors returned many of the players that were on the team last season. In free agency, they added Porter Jr., Andre Iguodala, and Nemanja Bjelica.

All three are expected to have a role on the team this season, but the Warriors’ game plan extends far beyond just this upcoming season. Having used both their draft picks, the Warriors clearly don’t plan on having a string of down seasons.

Having had multiple high first-round picks over the last few seasons, developing those players will be of utmost importance. The team took Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody in the lottery of the 2021 NBA Draft.

That said, let’s dive into three players that will lead the next wave of Warrior basketball.
