Golden State Warriors primed to lead franchise: Moses Moody

While Jonathan Kuminga is the one that may have the higher ceiling, Moses Moody seems more likely to play an impactful role from the start.

There’s no reason Moody couldn’t end up as the better of the two either. While he doesn’t have the explosiveness, the size and frame are both there. Moody stands 6-foot-5 and has a 7-foot-1 wingspan.

Moody averaged 16.8 points per game during his lone season at Arkansas. After being taken with the last pick in the lottery, Moody kicked off his NBA career with a few-game stint in the Las Vegas Summer League, where he averaged over 16 points per game.

Moody has the frame to be an elite defender and the savvy to be efficient offensively. He also hit 36 percent of his attempts from deep at Arkansas. Overall, his array of skills should set him up well for a solid career in the league.
