Golden State Warriors are full of high-IQ 3-point shooters

The last few seasons have served as a stark contrast to the high-IQ, team-oriented style the Golden State Warriors played throughout their five trips to the NBA Finals. With a general lack of talent and an overall gap in knowledge, the last iterations of the Warriors looked nothing like their championship selves.

Enter the 2021 offseason, where the Dubs made it a priority to bring in experienced players who can pass the ball efficiently. The additions of Otto Porter, Nemanja Bjelica, Andre Iguodala and Avery Bradley have made all the difference in the world.

The Warriors are running fluid offense once again. There is newfound zen in their offensive sets, moving without the ball and making the extra pass whenever possible. Because of this, Golden State is on pace to obliterate some NBA 3-point records.

It helps that they have a strong collection of shooters, as well. Other than the obvious Stephen Curry and emerging Jordan Poole, the Warriors can count on high-quality snipers like Porter and Bjelica to spread the floor. What’s more, Andrew Wiggins has become a consistent threat from deep, as well.

This rotation of players who can both pass and shoot the ball has made the Warriors into an entirely different team than they were the year before.
