3 Things Golden State Warriors must prove early on this season

The Golden State Warriors are back! At least, that is what it looks like through four preseason games… thus far.

Only so much stock can be put into these games that do not really mean anything. Yet, their impressive 4-0 start is something that should be viewed with cautious optimism as it has been years since the Warriors were a serious threat in the Western Conference.

Injuries and key free agency losses have all caused the mighty to fall from their seat on the throne. This year, however, the stage is set for a magnificent return to grace as the Warriors have put themselves in a position for redemption.

The Golden State Warriors have had a strong showing in the preseason but they have much to prove early on in the regular season.

In order to show the NBA the Warriors are no longer here to be pushed around — they need to make an early statement. This might be challenging with James Wiseman sidelined and Klay Thompson out for the first few months of the season, but, the Dubs can prove a few things right away.

Today, we look at the three statements the Warriors should be looking to make early in the 2021-22 NBA season.
