The Golden State Warriors concluded their preseason campaign with a 119-97 victory over a Damian Lillard-less Portland Trail Blazers, capping off an impressive 5-0 run ahead of the regular season.

It was a picture-perfect preseason for the Golden State Warriors and these three players were the top performers in their 5-0 run.

The Warriors, for the most part, tried to make as much of the preseason as possible, often displaying the kind of lineups we’ll likely see across the early part of the season, or at least until Klay Thompson and James Wiseman return.

This meant limited burn for the rookies, with Moses Moody playing just 14.1 minutes per game and Jonathan Kuminga playing only 8.7 before being sidelined with a knee injury.

Even so, there was plenty to like for Warriors fans, both from a team and individual player standpoint. Although there were a number of outstanding players across the five games, let’s look at three players who turned heads and have brought optimism back to the franchise.
