Golden State Warriors at Los Angeles Lakers: Losers

Draymond Green

Draymond Green had four first-half turnovers. I understand that in those first 24 minutes he also had five assists, but the Warriors need Green to take care of the ball better. He ended the game with 6 points, 8 rebounds, and 6 assists.

While he did his role, for the most part, the 5 turnovers and mere 5 shots to go along with being 2-for-4 from the free-throw line have him on our losers list. I expect better from Green moving forward.

Otto Porter Jr.

In the preseason, it was assumed that Otto Porter Jr. was going to be a major focal point of the rotation. Porter Jr. played limited minutes, and while that could be due to conditioning, it was disappointing nonetheless.

In the minutes he did play, Porter Jr. struggled. He ended with 5 points and shot just 3 times. After an eye-popping preseason, Porter Jr. was expected to be much better. The veteran forward only played 12 minutes.
