The 2021-22 NBA season has been an enjoyable one for the Golden State Warriors thus far. They are off to a 2-0 start with an encouraging schedule ahead of them for the month of November. Still, a few issues have emerged.

Golden State has thrived due to the influx of high-IQ players and multi-faceted skillsets. The addition of Nemanja Bjelica has been key and Jordan Poole‘s ongoing breakout has put them in a position to coast without Klay Thompson for the first half of the season.

The Golden State Warriors should not aim to shake up their roster too much — but these three trade targets could suit them well.

Nonetheless, there are some gaps. For starters, the frontcourt depth is thin with Kevon Looney as the only true center available. Behind him is James Wiseman, who should make his season debut soon but enters his sophomore stint with some big question marks.

Meanwhile, the collection of young talents such as Jonathan Kuminga and Moses Moody could prove to be huge in the future but might not help the Dubs in the present. If one of these players becomes available via trade — would the Warriors dump all of their chips into winning another title?
