Golden State Warriors v Atlanta Hawks: Two key stats
1. Curry breaks more records
Outside of a memorable game against the Clippers earlier in the season, the Warriors superstar had been down on his output from last season. Much of that was to do with less reliance on him offensively, but he’d also simply been shooting the ball at lower percentages.
Here’s how he responded…
Stephen Curry of the @warriors is the only NBA player in the last 25 years to have 50+ points, 10+ assists and a plus-minus of +30 or better in a single game.

2. Warriors third quarters are off the charts
We’re getting to the point where Warriors fans should almost feel a sense of calm if the team just breaks even in the first half, that’s how good their third quarters have been.
Their third quarter margin this season is +9.4, a staggering five points better than the second place Denver Nuggets at +4.4. In particular, the Warriors have obliterated their opponents in the third quarter across the last three games, out-scoring them by an average of 17 points in the period.
