It has been years since the Golden State Warriors left the rest of the NBA puzzled. Their rapid ascension to the top of the food chain was unpredictable and for quite a while no one had an answer.

As history tends to repeat itself, the Dubs have risen from the ashes and stumped the league once again. They are running away with the best record in the NBA and only so many people can continue to doubt them as the season drags on.

The Golden State Warriors are showing shades of old as they ascend to invincible status this season. Here are the keys to their early success.

Before we jinx anything, let us be extremely clear that no one is invincible in the NBA. Things can change quickly and untimely injuries will throw a wrench into any title chase.

But, as long as the Warriors are putting a full roster out every night, they have seemed impossible to keep down. You have to be perfect to beat this team and the margin for error is shrinking as they continue to build chemistry together.

There are some weak points. Golden State has been torched by individual players such as Ja Morant, Anthony Edwards and Terry Rozier throughout the season and turnovers remain their Achilles heel. Nevertheless, these three reasons as the key to the Dubs’ aura of invincibility.
