Golden State Warriors’ No. 5: Draymond Green

7.8 points per game, 7.6 assists per game, and 7.9 rebounds per game through ten seasons in Golden State.

While the immediate stats may not be impressive at first, even including the 1.4 steals and 1 block per game throughout his career, Green’s impact goes much deeper than stats.

Green’s defensive impact, for example, does not show up in his stats, he is capable of defending any player on the court at a high level despite being only 6-foot-6.

Along with his six All-Defensive team appearances, Green was also awarded the 2017 Defensive Player of the Year while being named the runner-up candidate numerous times.

Along with his defensive awards, he has also made three All-Star games and was named a member of the All-NBA team twice. Green also was a member of some of the greatest teams in NBA history during the 2015-17 seasons.

Green is a three-time champion with five finals appearances with a serious chance to add to these numbers as he still has many years left in his career.

Though he has many accolades throughout his career, his raw stats are not on par with other Warriors legends, keeping him from landing higher on the list.
