“He’s gone psycho! Psycho Steph is a killer!” the Golden State Warriors announcers proclaimed as Stephen Curry drilled a 3-pointer drifting to the baseline. With this, Curry scored his 31st point, sentenced the LA Clippers to a double-digit deficit and gave a playful technical foul to the same referee who T’d him up earlier in the game.

Psycho is right.

There are not many ways to describe the way Curry plays the game of basketball when he is ticked off other than psychotic. He had it out for the ref as soon as he received that technical — and he made sure to get his revenge while taking his anger out on a helpless Clippers team.

Sometimes, there is not much else you can do other than watch Stephen Curry ravage an opponent en route to another Golden State Warriors victory.

Curry finished the night with 33 points on 12-of-22 shooting. He also racked up 6 assists and 6 steals. It was an all-around dominant performance from Curry as the Warriors won their seventh straight contest.

On the season, Curry is tied with Kevin Durant for the league’s leading scorer at 28.6 points. Curry is also 12th in both assists (6.8) and steals per game (1.8). He has been at his peak in nearly every aspect of the game and is running away with the MVP award.

Meanwhile, the Warriors are in a deadlocked race for the best record in the league. Though they have a healthy lead over the rest of the NBA, the Phoneix Suns are sticking to them as they enter Tuesday night’s showdown on a 16-game winning streak.

The Warriors (18-2) will battle the Suns (17-3) in what is going to send shockwaves through the NBA landscape. At the core of it all will be Curry, who is fresh off his psycho statement performance in LA.
