The Golden State Warriors lost their third game of the season on Tuesday night against the Phoenix Suns.

While there’s really no cause for concern, there are some obvious flaws on this team, mainly their turnover problem. At least a few of the issues they’ll inevitably face will be corrected when Klay Thompson and James Wiseman return to action.

The Golden State Warriors, at full strength, are still the best team in the NBA, but they could certainly use a player or two to correct their current flaws.

The two key flaws right now for Golden State are their high turnover rate and their lack of a true backup point guard.

Both of those, especially against the Suns, would’ve been solved had veteran forward Andre Iguodala played. Iggy was sidelined, and his return date really isn’t known which makes relying on his availability a little concerning.

The Warriors also could use a backup point guard, which was a point of concern we highlighted in the offseason. Right now, it’s 5-foot-11, 26-year-old Chris Chiozza, and as we saw against Phoenix, that didn’t work out well for Golden State.

With that in mind, also keeping trades realistic as compared to the Warriors salary cap issues, let’s dive into who they should target (or honestly wait to see is bought out).
