Golden State Warriors trade target: Kelly Olynyk

Another player the Warriors could venture into adding is Kelly Olynyk. They currently have a player that has, in my opinion, a similar style to Olynyk is center Nemanja Bjelica.

The 6-foot-9 big man just isn’t nearly as versatile defensively, and he’ll likely drop out of the rotation in playoff games against elite opponents. He’s a good regular-season rotational piece, but Olynyk may be the better option against quick teams.

Olynyk, like Joseph, is on the Pistons, and he’s more than likely not going to end the season there.

While he’s been injured a bit recently, on the season, the veteran forward is averaging 12.5 points per game and shooting 46 percent from the field to go along with 35 percent from the three-point line.

Olynyk is best known for his days in Boston and Miami, and now 30, his days as a contributor could be numbered. This would be a great option for both sides. Both players from Detroit really shouldn’t cost much in a potential trade.
