Golden State Warriors: 3 Trends that have emerged recently

Here we are, a quarter of the way through the first normal NBA season in quite a long time. I mean, it might not be totally normal — but the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers are both playing good basketball again — so at least something feels familiar.

Yep, through 20 games the Warriors are battling for the top position in the Western Conference while the rest of the NBA (excluding the Phoenix Suns) try to figure out what the hell they are going to do when Klay Thompson returns (panic?).

We are a quarter of the way through the 2021-22 NBA season so it is time to analyze some trends for the Golden State Warriors.

Thompson’s return will certainly push the Warriors into another stratosphere. However, the reigning champions in Milwaukee have been on a tear themselves as of late and as we know, the NBA is incredibly unpredictable.

Still, a 21 game sample size is more than enough to notice some trends that have been emerging. Let’s analyze three recent trends for the Warriors.
