Andrew Wiggins is hitting 3-pointers again

Last season, Andrew Wiggins had the best season of his career by just about every metric. He shot a career-high 38.0 percent from deep and although his scoring average was down, he was finally in a role that best suited him.

This year, Wiggins is just about matching his prior 3-point percentage at 37.1 percent. However, he was not shooting it too well just a few weeks ago.

Early in the season, Wiggins fell into a 13 game slump where he shot below 30 percent from deep. The former Rookie of the Year was still scoring at nearly a 50 percent rate but his accuracy from behind the line was holding everything up (even with the Warriors ratting off easy wins).

Since then, Wiggins has found his stroke. He is hitting an impressive 52.0 percent on his last 25 3-point attempts. He hit a season-high 6-of-8 attempts versus Toronto in a 32 point performance.

Wiggins has found his niche in Golden State as a 3-and-D presence that can create his own shot when needed. Most of all, he is hitting his 3-pointers again, a trend that we hope continues.
