Stephen Curry heat check

Nothing can energize the Golden State Warriors quite like a Stephen Curry heat check. His one-man army routine is something that gets the entire team on its feet and it is only amplified when it occurs in front of the Dubs’ home crowd.

Sadly, Curry has not been at his best as of late. He shot a career-low 3-of-14 from the 3-point line against Phoenix last week and then just 7-of-28 from the field in the Warriors’ loss to San Antonio.

In four losses this season, Cury is shooting a combined 18-of-71 (25 percent).

The good news is Curry is the least of Golden State’s worries. As we saw against the Magic last night, Curry can erupt for 30+ points and propel his team to victory on any given night.

During the Warriors’ most recent seven-game win streak, Curry averaged 29.8 points on 50.7 percent shooting from the 3-point line. Curry is a cheat code when it comes to giving his team an energy boost.
