Golden State Warriors can consider Caris LeVert

Caris LeVert is probably the least likely asset the Golden State Warriors would be interested in but seeing as how he is included in the Indiana Pacers’ pending blow-up — it is worth looking at what the addition of LeVert could bring to the Warriors.

LeVert benefits the Warriors’ offense

The most obvious benefit is LeVert’s offensive versatility. He is a talented shot creator with playmaking skills.

LeVert averaged 20.7 points and 4.9 assists once being traded to Indiana last season. Placing him on the Warriors bench gives the team a reliable sixth man who can generate offense on his own.

Replacing Poole is unnecessary

The problem is… Golden State already has someone who can conduct the second-string offense. Jordan Poole did not relentlessly work his way into the Dubs’ rotation for nothing. Poole has emerged as the ideal sixth man to replace Stephen Curry and there is no reason the Dubs should be looking to replace him.
