It’s been a terrific season for the Golden State Warriors.

In the coming months, they’ll also be getting James Wiseman and Klay Thompson back. Those two should bolster their rotation and get this team playing at an even higher level, which almost seems impossible to think given how dominant they’ve been this season.

The Golden State Warriors have the best record in the NBA, and although they’ve looked terrific, they still have one key role that could use being filled.

For the Dubs, they’ve lacked one clear role — a backup point guard. While it isn’t the most key role, it is at least a tad bit concerning.

For the most part, Andre Iguodala has filled the role of the playmaker. The forward is a veteran that is competent on both ends of the court, and his pass-first mindset has helped them a plethora of times.

However, the Warriors haven’t been able to rely on him as he’s missed several games, and given his age, he could struggle to stay on the court. They need to be prepared for not having him during some stretches, and even when he does play, having a true backup floor general would be ideal.

With that in mind, let’s dive into three buy-low targets the team could look into trading for.
