It’s been a long year… scratch that, it’s been a long two years. Like everyone else, the Golden State Warriors have battled through the trials and tribulations of 2020 and 2021 to make it through to brighter days in 2022.

The Dubs are no longer a bottom-dweller team. This dynasty has been brought back to life and the Dubs are on pace to lead the NBA in wins.

Heading into their match against the Toronto Raptors, the Warriors hold a league-best 24-5 record. Golden State also ranks first in Defensive Rating and fourth in Offensive Rating, scoring the third-most points per game and dishing the most assists.

The Golden State Warriors are rolling into the New Year but a few pivotal crossroads are going to dictate the remainder of their season.

This is only the beginning for Golden State. They’ve handled all of the challenges in front of them so far but more are on the horizon. How they fare in these three aspects will determine whether they meet their championship expectations.
