Integrating Klay Thompson is a problem the Golden State Warriors are thrilled to have. One player, more than anyone else, will have to adjust to Thompson’s return. Jordan Poole has a few challenges to accept.

Klay Thompson’s return to the Golden State Warriors will mean Jordan Poole has to accept a few challenges in order to continue his success.

Thompson’s debut is instantly going to elevate his team. But, Poole will be the one tasked with altering his role the most. The path to embracing his sixth man status has already begun with Poole coming off the bench in recent games.

This was always the plan for Poole and the Dubs. He is a natural fit to lead the second unit and his breakout as a rising star has only made the team stronger. Now, he has to accomplish a few more things in order to solidify himself as everything the Warriors need from the leader of their second unit.
