Jordan Poole will need to score in bunches

Of all the adjustments Jordan Poole will need to make, this one seems like the easiest. The Golden State Warriors will be asking Poole to be the scoring punch they need off the bench — and Poole is ready to bring the goods.

Poole’s breakout this season has largely been due to his three-level scoring ability. He can score in a variety of ways, displaying a unique dribble style that allows him to dance around the court into his spots.

The third year guard is going to set a new career-high for single-season 3-pointers and could finish the year with more total points than his previous two season’s combined. All the while, he’s shooting a career-high 45.4 percent from the field.

Poole recently exploded for 32 points off the bench against Miami, hitting 12-of-17 field goal attempts. This is the type of heat-check production is exactly what he will need to bring for the Warriors moving forward.
