If the Golden State Warriors decide to make a trade…

Starting us off is the possibility of the Golden State Warriors making a trade. Who would be included — and who would they target?

Moses Moody and James Wiseman should be the only players available

Let’s make it clear. Andrew Wiggins is too vital to the Warriors to be traded. Meanwhile, Jonathan Kuminga has shown all he needs to in his rookie season to warrant a long-term role with the team.

As for Moses Moody and James Wiseman, they are the most expendable members of the young core that hold enough value to stick in a hypothetical trade.

Selling high on a player like Moody, who has struggled a bit in his brief NBA minutes but shined heavily in the G-League, could be a good decision. After all, if he continues to ride the bench and grow out of his G-League stardom — his trade value could plummet in the next few years.

As for Wiseman, this is not exactly the best time to trade him. Sure, his stock could decrease if he suffers another setback in his rehab — and returning to the floor for another lackluster season wouldn’t help, either.

Yet, there are many teams who would likely be interested in taking a swipe at last year’s No. 2 overall pick.
