It has now been more than 10 games since Draymond Green graced the basketball court for the Golden State Warriors and it could be even longer as the former Defensive Player of the Year battles a slipped disc in his back.

Originally deemed a calf injury, an underlying issue has been revealed. Green will be re-evaluated soon but everyone should brace for the likelihood of Green being absent until the All-Star break. At least, if you are expecting the worst.

The Golden State Warriors have been without Draymond Green for a few weeks and his absence has left a glaring hole in the lineup.

Do not panic, Green will be back. All indicators point toward this being a manageable injury that will not extend to the postseason. Yet, there is a lot of season left and losing Green has already had a noticeable impact.
